A Special Valentine’s Day Tribute 🌿

This Valentine’s Day, we’re honoring the memory of my dad, Stewart, by giving back in a way that truly matters. Stewart’s Folly—our beloved cabin—was named in his honor, inspired by his love for nature and the peace it brings. He always believed in the power of stepping away from the busyness of life to reconnect with family, breathe in fresh air, and enjoy the simple moments that matter most.

We know how hard it can be to plan and afford a getaway. Life moves fast, responsibilities pile up, and sometimes, finding time to rest and recharge feels impossible. That’s why we want to give back. In honor of my dad’s spirit of generosity, we’re giving away two three-night stays at our Pocono Mountains cabin this late spring and summer.

Nominate Someone Deserving

Because everyone deserves a break, we want to hear their stories—the ones that remind us why time away matters. Nominate a friend, family member, or someone in your life who could use a peaceful escape. Maybe they’ve had a tough year and need time to heal. Maybe they’re always caring for others and haven’t had a moment for themselves. Maybe they simply need to unplug, recharge, and reconnect with what’s most important.

Maybe you know a hardworking parent who rarely takes time for themselves, a caregiver who always puts others first, or a friend who could use a peaceful escape to unwind.

Whatever their story, we want to hear it. Two winners will receive:

✨ A three-night stay at Stewart’s Folly—a cozy retreat in the heart of the Pocono Mountains
✨ Guest passes to enjoy all the community amenities—indoor and outdoor pools, beaches, fishing, a fitness center, a recreation center, and more
✨ A stress-free escape—no planning, no financial worries, just time to relax, unwind, and make memories

How to Enter:

1️⃣ Share their story—Tell us why someone you know deserves this getaway. Be as open and heartfelt as you’d like.
2️⃣ Submit your entry—Visit our website and enter before March 15th.
3️⃣ Spread the word—Tag a friend who knows someone who could use a break and encourage them to enter too!

We’ll read every entry with care and announce the two winners on March 30th.

A Quick Note on Availability

To ensure as many guests as possible have the chance to enjoy the cabin, giveaway stays are available during late spring and summer, but Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, and Labor Day weekend are excluded. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making this experience special for our winners!

Winners agree to comply with all gated community regulations and cabin rental policies during their stay. The contest includes up to five complimentary guest passes for winners, granting access to community amenities throughout their stay. Children under the age of eight receive free access.
